本研究基于北京大学教育经济研究所2012年“全国高职教育与毕业生就业状况调查”数据,采用多层线性模型,从学校、院系及个体三个层面考察了高职培养模式变革对毕业生月起薪的影响。研究结果表明,培养模式变革的主要内容,如示范校建设、培养模式改革年数、双师型教师队伍建设、课程设置针对性、校内实训条件改善、顶岗实习开展等,对毕业生起薪有着显著的正向作用;个体层面与高职培养方式改革有关的变量,如职业证书、就业能力中的人际与自我推销能力、顶岗对口且指导到位对起薪也有显著影响。文章指出,在高职毕业生就业问题得到有效缓解、就业质量问题日益凸显的情况下,高职教育的发展仍应坚持“职业化”取向,加大培养模式改革的力度和深度。
