25a杉木优良无性系生长评价和遗传潜力估算

本研究对131个杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata hook)无性系25年生试验林的生长表现进行分析,以探讨不同无性系生长表现的差异性和估算其遗传潜力增益的递增性;并采用定性和定量分析相结合的方法,以得出优良杉木无性系的生长评价与遗传潜力增益。6a时按优良无性系平均单株立木材积大于CK 30%的标准选出了9个无性系,在15a和25a时,先是按无性系大于CK的比值排序,取前9个无性系进行比较,凡与25a选择相同的无性系认定为优良无性系并得出结论:6a时选准率为44.44%;15a时选准率为77.78%;25a时选准率为100.00%,即“伐期选择结果准确”。优良无性系选择的结果表明:不同无性系之间的生长规律是不同的:有的无性系(如79048)在幼龄期(6a前)生长不是特别突出,但在10a前生长开始加快,在15a时达到优良无性系水平且一直保持稳定到25a;有的无性系(如82014)在幼、中龄期时一直处于优良无性系的边缘,但到25a却名列第2;而有的无性系(如79163)在幼龄期(6a)生长名列前茅、中龄(15a)时仍属优良无性系、但25a时却被排除在优良无性系之外。25a时选取的9个无性系与对照CK相比,其平均树高大于CK15.67%、胸径大于CK 27.31%、立木材积大于CK 84.78%;优良无性系的平均遗传增益△G:H=13.06%;D_(1.3)=23.25%;V=75.75%。 In this study, the growth performance of 25-year-old experimental clones of 131 Cunninghamia lanceolata hooks was studied in order to investigate the differences in the growth performance of different clones and to estimate the increment of gains in their genetic potential. Compared with control CK, the average clonal height of CK was 25.67%, the DBH was larger than CK 27.31%, and the stand volume was greater than CK 84.78%. The average genetic gain of elite clone △ G: H was 13.06 %; D 1.3 (1.3) = 23.25%; V = 75.75%.
