运用迈克尔·波特的五力模型分析了我国医疗卫生行业的环境,并基于五种竞争作用力分析利用波特提出的三大基本竞争战略理论:总成本领先战略、差异化战略、以及专一化战略。提出了我国医院的基本竞争战略:对于一、二级医院及广大的社区服务站等中小型综合医院而言,服务成本明显低于行业平均水平,即成本领先战略尤为重要;对于大型的综合性三级医院,应将医院提供的服务差异化,树立起一些全行业范围内独具特色的学科,应以差异化战略为主;对于一些中小型特色诊所或大型专科医院,要主攻某个特殊的患者群体,应该选择专一化战略。
