目的探讨在临床护理实习教育中运用儒家核心思想培养高职护理实习生人文关怀能力。方法对176名高职护理实习生进行基于儒家核心思想的人文关怀能力的培养。在岗前培训阶段组织培训儒家核心思想课程,在临床实习阶段贯穿临床护理老师基于儒家核心思想人文关怀的带教;高职护理实习生完成临床人文关护日志1篇,由老师给予评价。结果与结论高职护理实习生作业完成率100%,作业质量合格率96%;高职护理实习生对儒家“仁、礼、信、和”四个方面的核心思想和人文关怀内涵和价值的认识实践在实习过程中得到了充分体现。
Objective To explore the use of Confucius core ideas in clinical nursing intern training to cultivate humanistic care ability of nursing interns in higher vocational schools. Methods A total of 176 vocational nursing interns were trained in humanistic care based on the Confucian core idea. In the pre-service training phase, we organized and trained the Confucianism core ideological courses, which were traversed by clinical nursing teachers based on the Confucian core thoughts and humanistic care during the clinical practice period. The vocational nursing intern completed 1 clinical and humanistic nursing logbooks and was evaluated by the teachers. Results and Conclusion The completion rate of nursing job interns in high vocational schools was 100% and the passing rate of operating quality was 96%. The connotation of the core ideas and humanistic care of vocational nursing trainees on the four aspects of Confucianism including “benevolence, courtesy, letter, and” The value of practice in practice has been fully reflected.
