中小学教师中,认为工作量比以前增加的比例占到91.3%,其中小学占到95.9%,中学占到84.3%,有显著差异,而且不同的区县教师对这个问题的看法存在极显著差异……(选自教师工作负担的相关调查报告)这是2005年某课题组,对北京市中小学1126名教师进行课程改革实验问卷调查的统计结果之一。事实上,教师的任教学科、任教班级、参加活动的内容次数以及班级管理等等都与教师的工作量直接相关,工作负担加重是一个不争的事实。那么,是什么原因导致了教师工作负担加重?我们一线教师又该如何看待工作负担加重这一问题呢?

So, what is the reason for teachers to increase the work load? Our front-line teachers how to treat the work load aggravate this problem?
