以建成的双级对转轴流压气机实验台为研究对象,分别应用数值模拟和实验手段对不同转速比和轴向间隙条件下压气机性能和内部流动进行分析研究。研究结果表明:转速比变化对压气机性能参数影响较大,且随转速比的增加压气机效率出现先增后减的变化趋势,当转速比为1.06时对转压气机效率最高,最高效率为87.44%。轴向间隙变化对压气机性能影响较小,在本文研究范围内压气机压比和效率出现不到2%的变化,当轴向间隙为45%转子1轴向弦长时压气机压比最大,轴向间隙为55%轴向弦长时压气机效率最高。
Based on the built-in dual-stage rotary-flow compressor bench, the performance and internal flow of the compressor under different speed ratios and axial clearances were analyzed respectively by numerical simulation and experimental methods. The results show that the speed ratio has a great influence on the performance parameters of the compressor, and the compressor efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of the speed ratio. When the speed ratio is 1.06, the efficiency of the compressor is the highest, and the highest efficiency is 87.44%. The change of the axial clearance has little effect on the performance of the compressor, and the pressure ratio and efficiency of the compressor show less than 2% change in the scope of this study. When the axial clearance is 45% of the axial length of the rotor 1, the pressure ratio of the compressor is the largest , The axial clearance of 55% axial chord compressor efficiency is the highest.
