分析了传统炼钢钼产品(钼铁、氧化钼)的生产工艺及其在应用过程中存在的问题,介绍了新一代钼冶金产品的生产工艺,并对新型炼钢产品的性质进行了研究。结果表明,钼铁和氧化钼的生产过程能耗高、污染较大,在炼钢过程中总收得率较低;而新型炼钢钼产品生产工艺简单,几乎无环境污染,冶炼过程中回收率高。所得到的新型炼钢钼产品呈疏松多孔状,堆积密度约为3.2~3.3 g/cm3,真密度为6.0~8.5 g/cm3,孔隙率为45%~60%,钼质量分数较高,杂质质量分数很低,在使用过程中收得率高,对现有的炼钢合金化流程影响小,因此可作为一种优质的炼钢钼产品。
The production process of traditional steel-making molybdenum products (ferromolybdenum and molybdenum oxide) and the problems in their application are analyzed.
