目的 :探讨脊髓小脑变性 ( SCD)患者脑脊液中兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸的变化。方法 :用高效液相色谱技术测定 SCD患者脑脊液中兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸的浓度。结果 :与对照组比较 ,SCD患者脑脊液中γ-氨基丁酸、甘氨酸浓度明显降低 ;谷氨酸 /γ-氨基丁酸、谷氨酸 /甘氨酸、天冬氨酸 /γ-氨基丁酸、天冬氨酸 /甘氨酸比值明显增高。结论 :1 SCD患者脑脊液中有兴奋性、抑制性氨基酸平衡失调 ,可能加速了 SCD的进程。 2脑脊液氨基酸浓度变化与有无家族史无关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of excitatory and inhibitory amino acids in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with spinocerebellar degeneration (SCD). Methods: The concentrations of excitatory and inhibitory amino acids in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with SCD were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Compared with the control group, the concentrations of γ-aminobutyric acid and glycine in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with SCD were significantly lower than those in the control group. The concentrations of glutamic acid / γ-aminobutyric acid, glutamic acid / glycine, aspartic acid / γ- Aspartate / glycine ratio was significantly higher. Conclusion: SCD patients with CSF excitatory, inhibitory amino acid imbalance, may accelerate the process of SCD. 2 Cerebrospinal fluid amino acid concentration with or without family history has nothing to do.
