烟气能量回收机组是重油催化裂化装置节能降耗、实现达标的关键设备 ,主风机因轴承振动超标造成机组停机 ,通过对 7个主要因素的分析 ,判定为转子不平衡。采用加配重的措施进行现场动平衡后 ,取得了明显的效果。
The flue gas energy recovery unit is the key equipment for energy-saving and consumption reduction of the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit and achieves the standard. The main unit blows down due to excessive bearing vibration. The rotor unbalance is judged by analyzing the seven main factors. Adopting the counterweight measures to carry out on-site balancing, the obvious effect has been achieved.
