按照一般国有企业的办法来管理国有航运企业,而不考虑航运这一行业的特殊性,难免会因职责多元导致角色多元,进而影响企业的定位。伴随中国经济的快速发展,中国航运业取得了长足进步,成为名副其实的航运大国。特别是,几大国有航运巨头,在激烈的国际竞争中,抢抓机遇,极大地增强了参与国际市场竞争的实力。然而,现有分工格局下国有航运企业在面对风云变幻的国际市场竞争时,却时常表现得很纠结和无奈。
Managing state-owned shipping enterprises according to the method of general state-owned enterprises without considering the particularity of shipping industry will inevitably lead to diversified roles due to multiple responsibilities, which in turn will affect the positioning of enterprises. With the rapid development of China’s economy, China’s shipping industry has made great strides and has become a veritable shipping power. In particular, several big state-owned shipping giants have seized the opportunity in the fierce international competition and have greatly enhanced their ability to compete in the international market. However, under the existing pattern of division of labor, state-owned shipping enterprises often appear very tangled and helpless in the face of the ever-changing international market competition.
