目的:从医师实际工作量出发,结合专家咨询,算出医师的理论编配值。方法:通过自行设计调查问卷调查临床医师工作量,结合专家咨询标准工作时间,算出医师理论编配值。结果:所调查的内分泌科、血液病科和呼吸一科3个科室目前共开放床位197张,临床医师49人,理论应当编配110~132人,应增加61~83人;从床医比来看,内分泌科床医比为1∶0.19,血液病科为1∶0.26,呼吸一科为1∶0.37,均比较低,通过研究得出三个科室的理想床医比分别为,内分泌科1∶0.47~1∶0.58,血液病科1∶0.59~1∶0.71,呼吸一科为1∶0.72~1∶0.85。结论:目前医师编配不足,工作量大,医疗质量难以保证,应增加医师的编配。
Objective: Based on the physician’s actual workload, combined with expert advice, calculate the theoretical allocation of physicians. Methods: Through self-designed questionnaire survey of clinicians workload, combined with expert consultation standard working hours, calculate the doctor’s theory of allocation. Results: There are currently 197 beds and 49 clinicians in the three departments of Endocrinology, Hematology and Respiratory Diseases under investigation. The theory should be allocated to 110 to 132 people and should be increased from 61 to 83. Endocrinology bed clinic ratio of 1:0.19, Department of Hematology 1:0.26, respiration of a section of 1:0.37, are relatively low, the study found that the three departments of the ideal bed were respectively, Endocrinology 1: 0.47 ~ 1: 0.58, Department of Hematology, 1: 0.59 ~ 1: 0.71, Department of Respiration, 1: 0.72 ~ 1: 0.85. CONCLUSION: At present, doctors are not adequately allocated, workload is heavy, quality of medical care is difficult to guarantee, and physicians’ assignments should be increased.
