目前在公路桥梁建筑中,装配式钢筋混凝土构件,其中包括预应力钢筋混凝土构件,已获得广泛应用。在30公尺以下的桥跨结构,基本采用装配式钢筋混凝士构件修建。在这种情况下,桥跨结构仅以纵向缝分割成单独块件。跨径较大(50~100米)的桥跨结构,如仅以纵向缝分割成单独块件,制成的安装构件必将非常大,给这种桥跨结构的安装带来相当的困难。为了减轻各安装块件的重量,桥跨结构不仅要在纵向分割,而且要在横向分割。
Currently in the highway bridge construction, assembly type reinforced concrete members, including prestressed reinforced concrete members, has been widely used. In the span of 30 meters below the bridge structure, the basic use of fabricated reinforced concrete components to build. In this case, the bridge structure is divided into individual pieces only with longitudinal slits. If the bridge span structure with larger span (50-100 meters) is divided into individual blocks only by the longitudinal slit, the installation components made will be very large, which will bring considerable difficulties to the installation of the bridge span structure. In order to reduce the weight of each mounting block, the bridge structure is divided not only longitudinally but also laterally.
