以苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯为主要原料,合成了苯丙乳液,并将其与硫铝酸盐水泥复合,制备了聚合物硫铝酸盐水泥。采用孔结构分析和抗渗性能等测试手段,研究了乳化剂掺量、聚灰比对聚合物硫铝酸盐水泥耐久性的影响。结果表明:水泥砂浆中添加苯丙乳液后改善了其抗渗性。随着乳化剂掺量的增加,乳液聚合稳定性提高,乳液的平均粒径略有降低,一般保持在100~140 nm之间。乳化剂掺入量为3.0%时,乳液的最低成膜温度为25.4℃,成膜性能提高。在低聚灰比条件下,随乳液掺入量的增加水泥砂浆抗渗性存在最优值,渗水高度仅为10.3 mm,此时乳化剂掺量为3%、聚灰比为7.5%。
Styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized with styrene and butyl acrylate as the main raw materials, and then compounded with sulphoaluminate cement to prepare polymer sulphoaluminate cement. Using pore structure analysis and impermeability testing methods, the effects of emulsifier content and poly-ash ratio on the durability of polymer sulphoaluminate cement were studied. The results show that the addition of styrene-acrylic emulsion to cement mortar improves its impermeability. With the increase of emulsifier content, the emulsion polymerization stability is improved, the average particle size of the emulsion is slightly reduced, generally maintained at 100 ~ 140 nm. When the amount of the emulsifier is 3.0%, the minimum film-forming temperature of the emulsion is 25.4 ° C., and the film-forming property is improved. Under the condition of low poly-ash ratio, the impermeability of cement mortar has the best value with the increase of the amount of latex. The water seepage height is only 10.3 mm. The dosage of emulsifier is 3% and the poly-ash ratio is 7.5%.
