安全生产工作事关人民群众生命和财产安全,事关改革发展和社会稳定大局。高度重视和认真抓好安全生产工作是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求,是确保实现经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展的重要保障。笔者在长期抓安全生产的工作实践中发现,要抓好安全生产工作必须在思想认识、源头管理和安全基础三个层面上下功夫。 Safety work has a bearing on the lives and property of the people and the people, concerning the overall situation of reform, development and social stability. Attaching great importance to and earnestly grasping safety production work is an inevitable requirement for thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development and an important guarantee for ensuring the realization of a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development. In the long-term practice of safety production, the author finds that to do a good job in safety production, efforts must be made in three aspects: ideological understanding, source management and safety foundation.
