研究了添加不同含量的T iO2到-βB i2O3-ZnO-N b2O5(-βBZN)中,同时减少相应的B i2O3的含量对BZN介质材料结构和性能的影响。研究表明,T iO2添加到β-BZN中,材料的结构和性能都有很大的变化,主要表现在随着T iO2添加量的增加,材料的相结构发生了变化,由低对称的单斜焦绿石结构β相转变为高对称的立方焦绿石结构α相,因而材料在微波频段下的介电性能发生了较大的变化,介电常数比纯β-BZN有了显著提高,且随着T iO2含量的增加,介电常数先增加后减少,温度系数则由正温度系数转变为负温度系数。
The effects of adding different amounts of TiO 2 to -βB i 2 O 3 -ZnO-N b 2 O 5 (-βBZN) and reducing the content of B i 2 O 3 on the structure and properties of the BZN dielectric were studied. The results show that the addition of T iO2 to β-BZN greatly changes the structure and properties of the material, which mainly shows that the phase structure of the material changes with the increase of T iO2 addition. The pyrochlore structure β phase transforms into the highly symmetric cubic pyrochlore structure α phase, so the dielectric properties of the material changes greatly in the microwave frequency range, the dielectric constant is significantly higher than pure β-BZN, and with the increase of T iO2 As the content increases, the dielectric constant firstly increases and then decreases, while the temperature coefficient changes from positive temperature coefficient to negative temperature coefficient.
