社区教育经过很长一段时间的发展,取得了很大成就,换一种方式来说就是社区教育在构建终身教育体系的过程中,在建设学习型社会方面已经取得了显著成果,但是在这个过程中产生了很多问题,倘若这些问题没有得到及时解决会影响其作用发挥。从某种意义上来说终身学习是21世纪生存的新理念,只有不断提升自己,才能够更好顺应社会发展需要,从政策的角度来说,非常有必要将理论上升到实践层面,只有这样才能够更深层次的发展社区教育,使其最大限度发挥作用。早在《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》中就明确表示:要依据实际情况建立终身学习目标、方式的体系,在这个基础之上开展社区教育相关工作,以此为条件构建终身教育体系。从某种意义上来说这是社会发展的必然态势,为我们未来教育指明了方向,笔者以终身学习是社会发展的必然趋势为切入点,致力于研究终身学习视野中的社区教育,以此为广大研究者提供强大理论支撑。
