随着网络信息技术的发展,让现代人力资源管理更加具有效率,能够支持公司的每一个模块开展战战略性工作,推动了信息化人力资源管理得到快速的发展与进步。目前,很多公司采用信息化人力资源管理,让信息化人力资源管理在公司内部的应用深度也得到了不断的提升。基于医院资源计划(hospital resources planning,HRP)系统的医院管理是医院战略管理的发展趋势。本文结合医院的特点主要从加强组织内部的信任度、促进现医院创造价值以及提高组织绩效几个方面加深对信息化人力资源管理的研究。
With the development of network information technology, modern human resources management is more efficient, able to support every module of the company to carry out strategic combat work, and promote the rapid development and progress of information human resources management. At present, many companies use information-based human resources management, so that information-based human resources management depth in the company’s internal application has also been continuously improved. Hospital management based on hospital resources planning (HRP) system is the development trend of hospital strategic management. In this paper, the characteristics of the hospital mainly from the strengthening of the trust within the organization to promote the hospital to create value and improve organizational performance in several aspects of information technology to deepen the management of human resources.
