本研究用组织培养方法,诱发贝母鳞茎心芽产生愈伤组织,提取其药用成份贝母碱。试验以MS为基本培养基,附加一定量的NAA和6BA。研究表明:1、NAA和6BA的含量以及它们之间的浓度比对诱发愈伤组织有明显地调节和控制作用。2、愈伤组织一般含贝母碱量为0.62%,最高可达0.93%,是野生伊犁贝母贝碱量的2—2.7倍。3、愈伤组织经50—60天的培养,贝母碱积累达到高峰,即可供提取贝母碱用。
In this study, tissue culture methods were used to induce callus from bulbillar bulb of Fritillary bulbs and extract the medicinal ingredients Fritillaria. Experiment with MS as the basic medium, add a certain amount of NAA and 6BA. Studies have shown that: 1, NAA and 6BA levels and the concentration ratio between them induced callus significantly regulate and control. 2, Callus usually contains 0.62% of mother-of-pearl base, up to 0.93%, 2-2.7 times that of wild Ili Fritillaria. 3, callus by 50-60 days of culture, Fritillaria accumulation reached its peak, which can be used for the extraction of Fritillaria.
