主要研究城市路网的通行能力、服务水平和出行需求结构之间的相互关系问题.定义了区域备用能力的概念并将其作为路网通行能力的综合度量指标,由此建立了相应的双层规划模型.在模型中,一方面通过变换网络图方法将各个起始-终讫区域(简称O-D)间的出行时间要求转换为虚拟路段的通行能力约束;另一方面模型取消了各个O-D对间保持固定出行需求结构假设,实际交通流量的分布是由O-D出行时间和终讫区域的交通吸引能力所决定,其大小由Logit选择模型确定.最后,数值算例进一步说明了算法的有效性和模型的具体应用.
