如今啦啦操已成为倍受关注和喜爱的运动项目,舞蹈啦啦操作为啦啦操的重要组成部分也得到很好的普及,而舞蹈啦啦操训练中疲劳的预防与恢复却易被忽视。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、数理统计法从啦啦操运动疲劳的类型、疲劳的分布、疲劳的程度、疲劳的致因、疲劳发生的部位等方面进行研究,得出舞蹈啦啦操疲劳的致因、疲劳的程度、易产生疲劳的部位以及较为有效的预防手段和训练后恢复的训练学方法、物理学方法、医学生物学方法、心理学方法,旨在帮助运动员减缓训练产生的疲劳、帮助机体恢复、延长队员运动寿命。
