他先后经历过抗日战争、解放战争、抗美援朝战争,参加过大大小小的战斗140余次。他被授予全国一级战斗英雄和志愿军二级战斗英雄称号,5次荣立一等功,3次荣立二等功,4次荣立三等功。多次受到毛泽东、周恩来、彭德怀等党和国家领导人的接见,他曾当选为第一、二届全国人大代表,是在第一、二届全国人民代表大会历次大会都当选为主席团成员当中唯一健在的代表。 He has successively experienced the Anti-Japanese War, the War of Liberation, the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea and participated in over 140 battles of all sizes. He was awarded the title of “Fighting Heroes and Volunteers,” two combat heroes nationwide, winning first class work five times, winning second class work three times and winning third class work four times. He was repeatedly interviewed by leaders of the Party and the state such as Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and Peng Dehuai. He was once elected as the first and second NPC deputies and was the only member of the bureau elected to the previous sessions of the first and second National People’s Congress Healthy representatives.
