目的:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化三黄喷雾剂中黄芩的工艺条件。方法:采用HPLC测定黄芩苷含量,以黄芩苷的吸附率、解吸率为考察指标,优选大孔吸附树脂最佳纯化工艺条件。结果:最佳大孔吸附树脂型号为SP-825;上样液浓度为0.2 g·mL-1,径高比为1∶7,最大上样量为2 BV,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱流速为3 BV·h-1,洗脱剂用量为6 BV。结论:SP-825型大孔吸附树脂纯化黄芩、栀子提取物的最佳工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To study the process conditions of purifying Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC, and the adsorption and desorption rates of baicalin were taken as the index to evaluate the optimum purification conditions of the macroporous adsorption resin. Results: The best macroporous resin model was SP-825. The sample concentration was 0.2 g · mL-1, the aspect ratio was 1: 7, the maximum loading volume was 2 BV, the eluent was 70% ethanol, Elution flow rate of 3 BV · h-1, the amount of eluent 6 BV. Conclusion: The best technology of purifying Scutellaria baicalensis and Fructus Gardeniae SP-825 macroporous resin is stable and feasible.
