目的 对白桦叶的化学成分做系统研究 ,以更好的开发利用我国的植物资源。方法 采用硅胶柱、凝胶柱及制备薄层色谱法进行分离 ,通过波谱技术 (1 HNMR,1 3CNMR,1 H- 1 HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC,NOESY)进行结构鉴定。结果 分离鉴定了 4种二苯基庚烷类化合物 ,槭木素丁 ( ) ,氧杂二苯庚烯 ( ) ,17-甲基 - 15 -甲氧基 - 7-氧代槭木素丁 ( ) ,槭木素十一 ( )。结论 化合物 , 均首次从本种植物中分离得到 ,并纠正了化合物 的碳谱数据归属
Objective To systematically study the chemical composition of birch leaves in order to better develop and utilize our country’s plant resources. Methods Separation was carried out on silica gel column, gel column and preparative thin layer chromatography. The structures were identified by spectroscopic techniques (1HNMR,13CNMR,1H-1HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY). The results identified 4 diphenylheptane compounds, azadirachtin (A), oxadiphenylene (A), 17-methyl-15-methoxy-7-oxo-adenine ( ), 槭 Eleven (). Conclusion Compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time and the carbon spectrum data of the compounds were corrected.
