我校是一所具有60年历史的普通中学。解放40多年来,为祖国社会主义建设事业培养造就了大批人才。回顾历史,总结经验,我们深感注重青年教师的培养教育,是搞好学校的教育教学工作的重要一环。我们学校青年教师占全校教职工总数的73.1％。创造条件让他们施展才华,是我们学校兴旺发达的关键所在。我们根据青年教师的实际,做了以下四个方面的工作: 一、政治上关心,引导青年教师自觉献身于人民的教育事业。每年高校毕业生分配到校,校领导都要向他们讲述学校的光荣历史,为国家做出的贡献。组织他们读《民勤一中校 Our school is an ordinary middle school with a history of 60 years.
