目的 :探讨尿液分析仪与非染色镜检法测定尿液白细胞之间结果的关系 ,找出检测尿液中白细胞的最佳检测方法。方法 :用尿液分析仪与非染色镜检法同时对 1894例尿液标本进行白细胞的检测。结果 :尿液分析仪检测白细胞结果为阴性者 ,镜检法检出白细胞超出正常范围 (>4个 /HP)的占 1.1% ,而白细胞镜检范围在 0个 /HP4个/HP时 (正常范围 ) ,尿分析仪结果呈阳性 (± )却占 34.87%。结论 :尿液分析仪与非染色镜检法测定白细胞结果之间不成正比关系 ,尿液分析仪不能替代镜检法对白细胞的检测。
Objective: To explore the relationship between urinalysis of urine and leucocyte by urine analyzer and non-staining microscopy to find out the best method to detect leucocytes in urine. Methods: Urine analyzer and non-staining microscopy were used to detect leukocytes in 1894 urine samples at the same time. Results: Urine analyzer was negative for leukocyte test. The leukocyte count exceeded the normal range (> 4 cells / HP) by microscopic examination accounted for 1.1%, while the leukocyte microscopy range was 0 / HP4 cells / HP (normal Range), urinalysis results were positive (±) accounted for 34.87%. Conclusion: There is no direct relationship between the results of urine analyzer and non-staining microscopy. The urine analyzer can not replace the detection of white blood cells by microscopy.
