目的分析我院门诊慢性病(高血压、糖尿病)患者药物咨询的开展情况,探讨提高药物咨询质量的办法。方法抽查门诊慢性病患者药物咨询报告,以咨询的方式、咨询的内容和咨询的结果满意度等作为考察的指标,并进行回顾性分析。结果患者对药物选择信息的咨询占总咨询量的27.44%;对药物基本信息的咨询占47.99%,对药品相关信息的咨询占13.00%;其他信息的咨询占11.57%。结论药物咨询是慢性病患者获得用药信息的重要途径,也是提高医院药学服务质量、促进合理用药的有效办法。
Objective To analyze the development of drug counseling in outpatients with chronic diseases (hypertension and diabetes) in our hospital and to explore ways to improve the quality of drug counseling. Methods A random sample of patients with chronic diseases in our hospital was selected to study the drug counseling reports. The methods of counseling, the content of consultation and the satisfaction of the results of consultation were taken as the indexes of the study and retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients’ consultation on drug choice information accounted for 27.44% of the total amount of consultation, the consultation on basic information about drugs accounted for 47.99%, the consultation on drug-related information accounted for 13.00%, and other information consultation accounted for 11.57%. Conclusion Drug counseling is an important way for patients with chronic diseases to obtain medication information and is also an effective way to improve the quality of hospital pharmacy services and promote rational drug use.
