采用晶体塑性理论,建立了三维晶界模型,以Al6111-T4板材为例,考虑了相邻晶粒之间的晶界约束作用对应力-应变的影响规律。研究表明,晶粒相对尺寸越大,晶界约束作用越大,材料的流动应力就越大,应变分布越均匀。
Using the crystal plasticity theory, a three-dimensional grain boundary model was established. Taking the Al6111-T4 plate as an example, the effect of the grain boundary confinement between adjacent grains on the stress-strain was considered. The results show that the larger the relative grain size, the greater the grain boundary restraint, the greater the flow stress and the more uniform strain distribution.
