夏季胀轨、冬季断轨已成为无缝线路养护管理工作中关注的问题。无缝线路应力放散主要有控制温度法和长度控制法,这两种方法共同的问题是在放散过程中,因滚筒摩擦阻力、扣件阻力的影响会造成应力放散不彻底、不均匀等。振动放散法适用于单元无缝线路及跨区间无缝线路的应力放散、应力调整,实现无缝线路锁定轨温“准”和“匀”。通过无缝线路应力放散效果测试与分析,得出在无缝线路应力放散或应力调整施工中,每隔400m左右放置一台振动放散机是合理的,并配合使用枕上托滚支撑长轨,使应力放散彻底和均匀,应力调整更加均匀,特别是在跨区间无缝线路地段对局部应力调整具有良好效果。
