目的探讨黄连解毒汤(HJD)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及氧自由基代谢的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为普通饲料组、高脂血症组、HJD低、高剂量组和立普妥对照组。除正常对照组外,其他组大鼠喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,HJD按6、12 g/kg/d剂量连续灌胃8周后测定各项指标。结果 HJD能明显降低大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA含量,显著升高HDL-C含量和SOD、GSH-Px活性,并能减轻肝细胞脂肪变性。结论 HJD能有效调节高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢,提高机体抗氧化能力,改善肝组织病理损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction (HJD) on blood lipid and oxygen free radical metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal feed group, hyperlipidemia group, HJD low and high dose group and Lipitor control group. In addition to the normal control group, the rats in other groups were fed with high-fat diet to establish hyperlipidemia model. The indexes of HJD were measured by continuous intragastric administration of 6,12 g / kg / d for 8 weeks. Results HJD could significantly decrease the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and MDA in serum, significantly increase the content of HDL-C and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px, and also reduce the fatty degeneration of hepatocytes. Conclusion HJD can effectively regulate lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats, improve the body’s antioxidant capacity and improve the pathological damage of liver tissue.
