目的:了解公务员自主神经系统功能活性,探讨心理健康问题与心率变异性的相关性。方法:以吉林省某省级直属机关参加健康体检的321名在职公务员为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方式,对焦虑、抑郁、工作倦怠等方面进行心理健康测评,同时,采用SUN-8800全自动多功能健康检测系统对心率变异性进行测评。结果:调查显示,74.5%的人总功率偏低,即整个自主神经系统的调节能力减弱;61.9%的人表现出自主神经系统调节失衡的状态;7.2%的人呈现出焦虑状态,交感神经活性较高;55.1%的人出现不同程度的工作倦怠,副交感神经活性较高、交感神经活性较低、均衡度向副交感神经兴奋偏移。结论:吉林省某省级直属机关公务员中普遍存在整体的自主神经功能活性减弱的现象,自主神经系统调节功能失衡问题严重,其中工作倦怠和焦虑情绪与心率变异性密切相关,应对公务员群体进行情绪管理,将心率变异性的测定纳入体验项目中,从而有针对性地改善该群体的自主神经系统功能活性,提高其身心健康水平和工作效率。
Objective: To understand the functional activity of the autonomic nervous system in civil servants and to explore the correlation between mental health problems and heart rate variability. Methods: A total of 321 in-service civil servants participating in a physical examination in a provincial-level organ directly under the provincial government in Jilin Province were surveyed. Mental health evaluation was conducted in the aspects of anxiety, depression and job burnout by means of questionnaire. At the same time, Multifunction Health Testing System to measure heart rate variability. Results: The survey showed that 74.5% of the total power of people is low, that is, the ability of the autonomic nervous system to regulate diminished; 61.9% of people showed imbalance of autonomic nervous system regulation; 7.2% of people showed anxiety, sympathetic nerve activity 55.1% had different degrees of burnout, higher parasympathetic activity, lower sympathetic activity, and a more balanced shift to the parasympathetic nerve. CONCLUSION: Generally speaking, there is a general decline in autonomic nervous system activity among civil servants directly under the provincial level in Jilin Province. The disorders of autonomic nervous system dysfunction are serious. Job burnout and anxiety are closely related to heart rate variability, Management, the determination of heart rate variability into the experience of the project, so as to improve the population’s autonomic nervous system functional activity, improve their physical and mental health and work efficiency.
