目的研究内皮素(ET1)在小儿散发病毒性脑炎(散脑)发病中的作用。方法采用放射免疫方法测定了20例散发病毒脑炎患儿脑脊液中ET1含量,并对其中14例于恢复期进行了复查。结果散脑患儿脑脊液ET1含量为43.51±19.50ng/L,明显高于对照组的19.28±9.94ng/L(P<0.01)。14例患儿恢复期脑脊液ET1含量21.26±14.98ng/L,较其入院时37.11±18.96ng/L明显降低(P<0.05)。结论小儿患散脑时,特别在病程初期,脑组织中ET1生成增加,并可能是加重脑实质损伤的重要因素。
Objective To study the role of endothelin (ET1) in the pathogenesis of viral encephalitis in children. Methods ET1 levels in cerebrospinal fluid of 20 children with viral encephalitis were determined by radioimmunoassay and 14 of them were reviewed during the recovery period. Results The content of cerebrospinal fluid ET1 in patients with diffuse brain was 43.51 ± 19.50ng / L, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (19.28 ± 9.94ng / L, P <0.01). The levels of ET1 in cerebrospinal fluid in convalescence of 14 cases were 21.26 ± 14.98ng / L, which were significantly lower than those of 37.11 ± 18.96ng / L at admission (P <0.05). Conclusions In children with diffuse and diffuse brain, especially in early stage of disease, ET1 production in brain tissue increases and may be an important factor to aggravate brain parenchymal injury.
