针对常温消氢催化剂在使用过程中发生的失效问题,通过对催化剂进行X-射线光电子能谱、原子吸收光谱和氢气程序升温还原等表征基础上结合催化剂的性能评价,对催化剂失活原因做出分析。结果表明:有机物等物质会引起催化剂的永久性中毒,是催化剂失活的主要原因,水蒸汽会引起催化剂的暂时性中毒,能加速催化剂的中毒。而低浓度的酸性气体对催化剂中毒影响较小。
Aiming at the failure problem of hydrogenation catalyst at room temperature, the catalyst deactivation was evaluated based on X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy and hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction. analysis.
