对１２例（２４眼）婴幼儿型青光眼施行了外路小梁切开术。除２眼做２次手术外其余均做１次。术后平均随访２８个月。首次手术成功率９０．９％，２次手术均成功。术前与术后随访眼压、角膜横径及杯盘比值均数经统计学分析差异有非常显著性。而１～１２个月年龄组与１３～７０个月年龄组比较差异无显著性。研究结果表明，６岁以前先天性青光眼施行小梁切开术疗效满意，手术安全，并发症少。对手术体会作了介绍。
Twelve cases (24 eyes) of infantile glaucoma underwent trabecular surgery. In addition to 2 eyes to do 2 operations, the rest are done 1 time. After an average follow-up of 28 months. The success rate of the first operation was 90.9%, two surgeries were successful. Preoperative and postoperative follow-up intraocular pressure, corneal diameter and the average ratio of cup and cup by the statistical analysis of the difference was significant. However, there was no significant difference between 1 ~ 12 months age group and 13 ~ 70 months age group. The results show that 6 years before the implementation of trabeculectomy in congenital glaucoma with satisfactory results, safe operation, fewer complications.
