Objective To determine the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of SPF grade and common grade New Zealand rabbits at the age of 1 week after weaning, and compare the results. Methods A total of 20 healthy and fresh New Zealand white rabbits, one week old and one week old, were randomly divided into male and female rabbits. Blood was drawn from all the animals’ limbar veins. Blood samples were collected using a blood analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer. Biochemical indicators measured; the measured data input to the computer, with SPSS software statistical analysis, calculate the mean and standard deviation (x 珋 ± s), and do t test. Results Compared with male rabbits, the number of white blood cells and the total protein of the 1-week-old female offspring were significantly different (P <0.01). There were significant differences among the 6 indexes of red blood cells and glucose (P <0.05). There were significant differences in average hemoglobin concentration, lymphocyte ratio, and total bilirubin among general female rabbits and male rabbits (P <0.05). There were significant differences (P <0.01) in the 20 indexes of white blood cells, neutrophils and alkaline phosphatase between SPF-class and normal-grade male rabbits, and significant differences were observed in the 5 indexes of erythrocytes and basophils (P <0.05). SPF grade female rabbits compared with normal grade rabbits, the number of white blood cells, neutrophils, alkaline phosphatase and other nine indicators were significantly different (P <0.01), in the average hemoglobin concentration, eosinophil and other 4 The difference was significant (P <0.05), while the other differences were not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is little difference in blood physiological and biochemical parameters between New Zealand white rabbits and New Zealand white rabbits. The levels of different microorganisms have significant effects on the blood physiological and biochemical parameters in New Zealand rabbits.
