脑缺血预处理具有神经保护作用,其分子机制成为近年来国内外学者研究的热点,普遍认为这种作用是通过多 种因素、多种途径产生的,但其确切分子机制尚不清楚。本文从脑缺血预处理的信号转导途径对其神经保护作用的可能分子 机制作一综述。
Cerebral ischemic preconditioning has the function of neuroprotection, and its molecular mechanism has become a hot spot in recent years both at home and abroad. It is widely believed that this effect is produced by many factors and multiple pathways, but its exact molecular mechanism is not yet clear. This review summarizes the possible molecular mechanisms of neuroprotection by signal transduction pathways of cerebral ischemic preconditioning.
