利用正交试验方法 ,研究了浇注温度、铸件模数、膏块的合金配比及厚度等工艺因素对铸渗质量的影响规律。指出影响铸渗层质量的主要因素是浇注温度和膏块的合金配比。合理选用粘结剂、用机械高压成形制取膏块是改善铸渗质量的有效措施。
Using orthogonal test method, the effects of pouring temperature, casting modulus, alloy ratio and thickness of plaster block on casting infiltration quality were studied. It is pointed out that the main factors affecting the quality of cast-in-infiltrated layer are the pouring temperature and the alloy composition of the cast paste. Reasonable choice of binder, the use of mechanical high pressure forming cream block is to improve the quality of casting infiltration of effective measures.
