斯太尔91系列重型汽车装配的是WD615型系列柴油机,并配有径流脉冲式涡轮增加器。本文就该增压器常见故障的原因及排除方法作简要介绍,供同行们参考。 1.增压压力下降 故障原因: (1)进气阻力增大。包括滤清器、中冷器和涡轮进气壳内有脏物。 (2)压气机转速下降。包括涡轮有积炭、涡轮排气阻力增大、轴承磨损和转子与壳体有刮碰等。 (3)海拔高度增加。
The Steyr 91 Series heavy-duty vehicles are equipped with a WD615 series diesel engine and are equipped with a run-of-pulse pulser turbocharger. Turbocharged pressure drop Failure reasons: (1) intake resistance increases. Including filters, intercoolers and turbine inlet shell dirt. (2) compressor speed decreased. Including the coke turbine, turbine exhaust resistance increases, the bearing wear and the rotor and the shell scratch collision. (3) Elevation increased.
