在我国整体社会经济发展过程中,中小企业的存在是不可缺少的一部分,中小企业不仅能够有效的解决社会上的一些就业压力,而且在一定程度上能够推动我国的社会经济发展,而在当前社会经济不断发展的影响下,中小企业的人力资源管理的影响力也越来越大,本文对中小企业人力资源管理现存的问题进行分析,并提出相对应的解决对策。
In our country’s overall social and economic development, the existence of small and medium-sized enterprises is an indispensable part. Small and medium-sized enterprises can not only effectively solve some employment pressure in society, but also can promote the social and economic development of our country to a certain extent. In the current society Under the influence of continuous economic development, human resource management of SMEs is also increasingly influential. This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in SMEs and puts forward corresponding solutions.
