许多教育专家认为,学生初中三年,是一个极为重要的阶段,是他们由不成熟逐步走向成熟的关键时期。我常年担任初中学生的班主任,对此深有同感。我常想,在这三年中,既可以为培养学生成为“四有”公民打下良好的知识基础和思想道德基础,也可能因教育失当而导致人才素质的下降。因此,我在教育实践中一直努力探索如何增强班集体的向心力和凝聚力,创建一个良好的班集体这一课题。我感到可以通过以下几方面来做好这项工作。
Many education experts believe that the three-year junior high school students are an extremely important stage, they are the critical period from immature to mature. I am deeply sympathized with my class teacher who serves as a middle school student all year long. I often think that during these three years, we can lay a good foundation for knowledge and moral foundation for training students to become “four” citizens, and may also lead to a decline in the quality of qualified personnel due to education misconduct. Therefore, in my educational practice, I have been trying my best to explore how to enhance the class-centripetal force and cohesion of our class and create a good class. I feel that I can do a good job in the following aspects.
