使用异弗尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)合成聚氨酯预聚体,再与环氧树脂E44反应,制备了含聚氨酯增韧软段的改性液体环氧树脂。以甲基六氢苯酐(MeHHPA)为固化剂,自制的二氮杂二环(DBU)对甲基苯磺酸盐为促进剂,固化成型,制备出一种无色透明的增韧环氧树脂板材。测试结果表明,与传统的航空导光面板基板材料有机玻璃(PMMA)相比,其光学性能相当,力学性能更加优越,而抗溶剂性、抗温度冲击性以及抗振动开裂性也大幅提高。
Polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMG), and then reacted with epoxy resin E44 to prepare a modified liquid epoxy resin containing polyurethane toughening soft segment. Using methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride (MeHHPA) as curing agent and homemade DBU (p-toluenesulfonate) as accelerator, the mixture was cured to form a colorless transparent toughening epoxy resin Plate. The test results show that compared with the traditional PMMA material, the optical performance is superior, the mechanical properties are more superior, and the solvent resistance, temperature shock resistance and anti-vibration cracking resistance are greatly improved.
