一、前言光盘检测系统的校准方法是光盘检测技术的重要内容,正确理解和掌握该方法是在光盘检测中取得正确测量数据、保证和提高产品质量的前提条件。本文就DaTARIUS光盘检测系统的校准原理和校准方法进行一些探讨。二、光盘检测系统的校准原理在CD-DA/CD-ROM国际标准中,国际上通用Phillips 5B3光盘作为CD-DA/CD-ROM中参数I3,111,RN和Jitter的基准盘(ReferenceDisc)。为了保证光盘检测系统的检测结果的统一性和正确性,国际上大多数的光盘检测系统普遍采用Phillips 5B3光盘作为光盘检测系统的基准盘。下面我们介绍DaTARIUS光盘检测系统的校准原理。
I. Introduction The calibration method of CD detection system is an important content of CD detection technology. Correct understanding and mastering of this method is the precondition for obtaining the correct measurement data in CD testing to ensure and improve product quality. In this paper, DaTARIUS disc testing system calibration principle and calibration methods to conduct some discussion. II. Calibration Principle of CD Detection System In the international standard of CD-DA / CD-ROM, the international common Phillips 5B3 CD-ROM is used as the reference disc for parameters I3, 111, RN and Jitter in CD-DA / CD-ROM. In order to ensure the consistency and correctness of the testing results of the optical disc testing system, most disc testing systems in the world commonly use the Phillips 5B3 disc as a reference disc for the optical disc testing system. Below we introduce the calibration principle of the DaTARIUS disc inspection system.
