在使用达西公式计算管道摩阻时,通常推荐使用Colebrook-White方程,但该方程为隐性方程,求解过程需要较繁琐的迭代计算,不适合现场工作人员使用。采用11个精度较高的Colebrook-White方程的显性近似替代式,对西南成品油管道各个管段在输送不同介质条件下的摩阻因数进行计算,将计算得到的沿程压降值与实际沿程压降值进行对比和误差分析,确定了最适合计算西南成品油管道各个管段摩阻因数的Colebrook-White方程的显性近似替代式。由分析结果可知:使用Colebrook-White方程的显性近似式代替需要迭代求解的Colebrook-White方程,可以达到简化计算摩阻因数的目的。
The Colebrook-White equation is usually recommended when Darcy’s formula is used to calculate pipe friction. However, this equation is a recessive equation. The solving process needs more complicated iterative calculations and is not suitable for on-site staff. Eleven high-accuracy Colebrook-White equations were used to calculate the friction coefficient of each pipe segment of Southwest oil product pipeline under different media conditions. The calculated value of the pressure drop along the actual route The pressure drop value is compared and the error analysis is carried out to determine the most approximate approximate substitution formula of the Colebrook-White equation which is most suitable for calculating the friction coefficient of each pipe section of the Southwest refined oil pipeline. From the analysis results, it can be seen that the purpose of simplifying the calculation of the friction coefficient can be achieved by using the explicit approximation of the Colebrook-White equation instead of the Colebrook-White equation requiring iterative solution.
