目的研究冬虫夏草 (虫草 )对慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者细胞内外氨基酸代谢的影响。 方法采用LKB - 44 0 0型氨基酸自动分析仪测定 10例CRF患者服用虫草前后的血浆、红细胞、骨骼肌细胞内的游离氨基酸浓度。 结果CRF患者服用虫草后血浆中亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、胱氨酸、酪氨酸浓度和红细胞中酪氨酸、谷氨酸浓度接近正常 ,1例骨骼肌标本苏氨酸、赖氨酸浓度接近正常 ;而细胞内外缬氨酸浓度仍显著降低。结论虫草能显著改善CRF患者的氨基酸代谢紊乱 ,使下降的游离氨基酸水平均有不同程度的提高 ,但不能使其完全恢复正常。
Objective To study the effect of Cordyceps sinensis (C. militaris) on intra- and extracellular amino acid metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods LKB-44 0 0 amino acid automatic analyzer was used to determine the concentration of free amino acids in plasma, red blood cells and skeletal muscle cells of 10 CRF patients before and after taking Cordyceps militaris. Results The plasma levels of leucine, isoleucine, threonine, lysine, cystine, tyrosine, and erythrocyte tyrosine and glutamate levels were nearly normal in CRF patients after Cordyceps sinensis treatment. The concentrations of threonine and lysine in the muscle specimens were close to normal, while the intracellular and extracellular proline concentrations were still significantly reduced. Conclusion Cordyceps can significantly improve the amino acid metabolic disorder in patients with CRF, so that the level of decreased free amino acids have been increased to some extent, but it can not be completely restored to normal.
