本试验用三个不育系和四个恢复系组成3×4不完全双列杂交,分析了杂种优势和配合力。结果表明:用平均杂种优势值估算,单株粒重、每穗实粒数的优势最大,千粒重和结实率的优势小。用竞争优势估算,有可能筛选出强优势的组合。杂交水稻杂种F_1的各个性状,同时受不育系、恢复系的一般配合力效应和组合的特殊配合力效应的作用。只有三个效应值均高且之和为大值的组合,才有可能显示出强优势。分析我们选育的组合矮选A×印菲选,产量上比对照增产23.39%,居参试组合之首,三个效应值均为正值,且之和为最大,达16.26%。这从实践上证明了理论推断的可靠性。
In this study, 3 × 4 incomplete diallels were constructed with three sterile lines and four restorer lines, and the heterosis and combining ability were analyzed. The results showed that using the average heterosis value, the advantage of the grain weight per plant and the number of grains per panicle was the largest, and the advantage of 1000-grain weight and seed setting rate was small. Using competitive advantage estimates, it is possible to screen out strong combinations of strengths. Hybrid rice hybrid F_1 all traits, at the same time by the sterile line, the restorer line with the general combining ability and combined with the special combining ability effect. Only a combination of three high-value and high-value combinations is likely to show a strong advantage. Analysis of our selection combination short A × Indian phenanthrene election, the yield increased 23.39% over the control, ranking first in the test portfolio, the three effect values were positive, and the sum of the largest, up to 16.26%. This proves in practice the reliability of theoretical inference.
