深圳市属显著的亚热带季风气候,境内高温多雨,年平均降雨量1 966.50 mm,深圳市的洪涝灾害特点是洪灾的时间分布不均,地理分布差异大,全局性洪灾少、局部性洪灾多,洪灾历时短、强度大等。深圳市范围内流域面积>1 km~2的河流共311条,河道范围内或多或少都会发生水毁。文章通过分析深圳市原特区内河道小型水毁工程的特点,阐述河道小型水毁工程的实施情况,并针对小型工程实施的有关问题提出改进建议。
