当前,高中班级管理存在着片面重视考试成绩,忽视学生个性差异,过于注重量化考评等问题。在新课改背景下,高中班级管理应该以平等原则、赏识原则、惩罚原则等为指导,以建立新型师生关系、推进班级管理民主化等为手段,全面推进高中班级管理改革,提高班级管理的质量与效率。
