目的:探讨应用PDCA循环理论改进护理满意度的测评。方法:采取问卷调查的方法,调查我院未应用PDCA循环理论(2015年1—12月)与开始应用(2016年1—12月)住院患者对护理工作的满意度,分析PDCA循环理论的应用效果。结果:应用后患者对护理工作满意度提高,护理部组织的调查显示,满意度由98.60%上升至99.35%,医院层面组织的调查显示,满意度由98.51%上升至99.35%,与应用前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环理论持续改进满意度调查与反馈工作,能明显提高住院患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of PDCA cycle theory to improve nursing satisfaction assessment. Methods: By means of questionnaire survey, we investigated the satisfaction degree of inpatients who did not apply PDCA cycle theory (January-December 2015) and started application (January-December 2016), and analyzed the application of PDCA cycle theory effect. Results: After the application, the patient satisfaction with nursing was improved. According to the survey conducted by the nursing department, the satisfaction rate increased from 98.60% to 99.35%. The survey conducted by the hospital level showed that the satisfaction rate increased from 98.51% to 99.35% The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Continuous improvement of satisfaction survey and feedback with PDCA cycle theory can significantly improve inpatient satisfaction with nursing work.
