混凝土的含水率直接关系到其强度,控制好混凝土的含水率可提高工程质量及工程的可靠度。 目前国内外在研究?昆凝土及其相似材料含水率方面做了大量的工作。美国纽约州立大学研制的土壤水份计是利用土壤介电常数与含水率之间相关原理,采用微电脑技术,通过计算来消除仪器的不稳定情况、非线性因素及不同土壤条件对读数引起误差的影响,是实时性较好、较先进的水份测试仪。国内具有代表性的是“土壤水份测试仪”,也采用了微电脑技术来消除不同土质产生不同曲线所带来的读数误差。但对混凝土含水率的测试现有的采用“中子法”或“称重法”,由于中子水份计价格高,使用条件严酷,限制了使用,称重法由于周期长、实时性差,无法满足工程
