民以食为天,“吃在同济”似乎也已成为同济的标签。它不仅仅是食堂中的早中晚饭,更是同济人做事情精益求精、敢为他人所不敢为的创新精神与创业文化。为了更好地发扬传承同济饮食文化,我们探寻了“吃在同济”的渊源,并且从心理学、历史学、民族学的角度分析将同济的饮食文化产业化的可行性,依托现代餐饮业发展的良好势头和同济学子的校友情怀帮衬,创办实体,传播发扬饮食文化,打造高校饮食文化产业链。
