铁路目前使用的调度电话基本上是六十年代研制的音频调度电话,这种电话由于呼叫时间长,功能较少,已不能适应繁忙区段组织指挥运输生产的需要。1983年兰州铁道学院和北京通信工厂开始联合研制 DC-6型程控调度电话,并于1986年6月在兰州铁路局正式开通试用。1986年9月11~13日铁道部科技局、电务局、运输局在兰州组织了技术鉴定和产品鉴定。参加鉴定会的有铁道部科学研究院,铁道部通号公司,铁道部第一、二、三、四设计院,北京、郑州、广州、沈阳、上海、济南、兰州等铁路局,甘肃省科委等三十多个单位的代表。
The dispatching telephone currently used by the railway is basically an audio dispatching telephone developed in the 1960s. Such a telephone can not meet the need of organizing, directing and transporting production in a busy section because of long calling time and less functions. In 1983, Lanzhou Railway Institute and Beijing Communication Factory started to jointly develop the DC-6 type program-controlled dispatching telephone and officially opened the trial in Lanzhou Railway Bureau in June 1986. September 1986 11 ~ 13 Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Bureau, Bureau of Electrical and Transportation Bureau in Lanzhou organized technical appraisal and product appraisal. Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Railways, No.1, No.2, No.3 and No.4 Design Institutes of the Ministry of Railways, Railway Administration Bureau of Beijing, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Shanghai, Jinan and Lanzhou, Commission more than 30 units of representatives.
